The Sprint Retreat is a 5‑day, 4‑night work sprint designed for deadline‑driven freelancers, writers, and designers who need quiet, stable internet, and zero distractions. Here, the sea breeze becomes your white noise, your private minimalist room becomes your retreat, and our 24‑hour co‑working space lets you create whenever inspiration arrives. During these 5 days you will have: A private quiet room: simple, clean, and distraction‑free so that deep focus becomes the only background. 24‑hour co‑working access: fast, reliable fiber internet and workstations that support long, concentrated sessions. Local mobility options: easy scooter rental and route suggestions so you can clear your head between work sessions and go see the ocean. Your stay also supports the local creative community, as part of each booking is reinvested into youth‑led projects on the island.

The Shared Manifesto Policy Applies to all three programs (A, B, C). A continuation of the existing Community Manifesto. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be completed online via matsu.live. Phone or walk-in verbal holds are not accepted. As each program is a multi-night continuous stay, availability is verified manually. After you submit a request you will receive a "Pending" notice; we will confirm within 48 hours. Your booking is not finalized until you receive the official confirmation email. Please complete the co-creation application form so we can understand your work style and purpose, and match you with island resources. Payment & Deposit Once approved, pay the full program fee within 48 hours to secure your dates; unpaid requests are auto-released. Program prices include lodging and the stated entitlements. Add-ons (companions, extra meeting-room hours, scooter rental) are billed separately. Cancellation & Refund (Tiered) Day thresholds differ per program (see Section II). The shared principles are: Refund tiers are calculated backwards from the check-in date. Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, less transaction fees. Force majeure (typhoon, suspended flights/ferries to the outlying island): with proof, we offer rescheduling or full credit valid for one year. No-Show A confirmed, paid booking with no cancellation and no arrival is treated as a no-show; non-refundable. Per the Community Manifesto: three accumulated no-shows trigger an automatic 30-day membership suspension, protecting fair allocation of scarce resources. ⠀5. 空間使用規範（House Rules） Keep your desk minimal; restore the space to its original state when you leave. Phones on silent; soft conversation only. Commercial-grade broadband is provided and maintained; bring a personal hotspot as backup for critical calls. Illegal downloads, crypto-mining, and bandwidth hogging are prohibited. We are not liable for business losses caused by outages. Water and power are precious on an outlying island; please conserve. Visitors, Safety & Liability All visitors must complete identity verification. Guests are welcome in the public reception area; work zones are for the booked guest only. Working visitors must purchase a Day Pass. No smoking, no pets (guide dogs excepted), no activity unlawful under R.O.C. law. Safeguard your own digital and physical assets.
